How do I know which Kinky Curly texture is best for me?

We rank our Kinky Curly hair on a scale of 1-4.  With 1 being the tightest curl, "The Sew Natural", and 4 being "Kinky Straight. 

When will I receive my order? 

At the current moment, all orders are running on 1-2 day processing time. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count. Once the order has been processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 3-7 days (international orders). You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted.

Do we offer exchanges? 

You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange.  Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order. What forms of payment do we accept?

 We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required to further verify your identity and authorize payment. If this is required, a customer care team member will contact you after your order has been placed.

Once the SNH Unit appointment has been created, you'll be able to pick the extensions that you'd like directly from this site.  Make sure to click the Venmo option on the payment page.
