We do not offer refunds on our products. However, an exchange or store credit can be extended within the first three (3) days of delivery if the product type was ordered by mistake. All eligible SNH returns must arrive in it's original condition with tags and ties attached. This will allow our team to process the store credit or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Within the first 3 days of delivery , please email customercare@sewnatural1.com and one of our SewNatural team members will assist you. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive and inspect the extensions to determine its ability to be restocked. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you process the hair in any manner ( cut, color, bleach
, etc).

- How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Items must be returned within 5 days from delivery date. Please email customercare@sewnatural1.com

For additional record please include the original order receipt along with the reason for the return or* provide the reason for the exchange through email.

Return exceptions:
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. This includes closures and wefts that have been manipulated and have had the black ties removed.

Exchanges:
- If your full priced item has been received and you'd like to exchange for a different curl pattern, luster etc that is listed as a regular in stock item - No restocking fee will be applied. However, you must still pay the return shipping cost. Items must be returned unused, unwashed or manipulated in any way. Items must be returned within 10 days from delivery date.

Back Order:

Items listed on the site are in stock and available for shipment unless shown as a PRE-ORDER item.  If items are out of stock, please sign up for the in stock alert email to be notified when the items become available.
