Shipping Policy -
All SNH items except SNH Cambodian collection are shipped within 72 hours from the time that the order was placed. This includes items that require no additional request.

Shipping Times: Monday - Friday
8am-4pm est | In Stock Cambodian items require a 7-10 day processing time. Once processed, the selected shipping option will take effect.

SewNatural Hair LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property once released to the mailing services listed above.

Additional insurance can be purchased for the dollar amount paid at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking:
Tracking numbers are provided within 48 -72 hours of the order placement date. Please note that most item tracking numbers are emailed during the fulfillment process to allow an accurate delivery timeframe. Once the order has been fulfilled please allow 3-5 business day to receive the item UNLESS the OVERNIGHT or ADDITIONAL requests have been selected.

Express / Overnight services for items will be processed within 24 from the original order date and time Monday - Friday. ** Weekend Express orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note that shipment dates can vary based on the individual shipping company. Please refer to the automated tracking number that is automatically generated during the shipping process.

Expect a 10 day door to door delivery time for all in stock items. Pre- Sale and / or Custom Orders can take up to 10 to 60 days for completion. The completion dates are listed in the description column for Pre-Order items.
